Yes, all of our trays include the corresponding template file in an .ai or .png file format. From there you can get exact measurements to set it up in your RIP software if it allows jig print.

We started as a custom tray company, so that will always be what gets us excited. If you have a custom request, hop on the chat and we will help you get that tray started. We will NEVER charge extra for designing a custom tray.

We have a strict return policy due to the possibility that our trays can be purchased, used for an order or to gain exact measurements, then returned. We will not accept any returns unless the tray was delivered in a non-usable condition, or if a custom tray was made incorrect.

Once you receive your tray, please visit our online chat and provide your order number then we will email the tray file to you.
